1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Locky application ("Locky", "Service", "we", "us"), accessible at locky.evencheng.com and affiliated domains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2.Ephemeral Service & Automatic Destruction

Locky is engineered exclusively as a temporary, ephemeral media transfer mechanism. All media files uploaded to the service are subject to an unconditional, automated 24-hour expiration policy.

Important Notice: Locky is not a persistent cloud backup or archival service. Files are permanently erased after 24 hours (or immediately upon receipt of an abuse report). We bear zero liability for files permanently deleted in accordance with the service's published lifecycle.

3.Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You agree not to use Locky for any unlawful purpose. You may not upload, transmit, or share any media that:

Contains non-consensual imagery, child sexual exploitation material (CSAM), or hate speech.
Infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
Contains malicious software, viruses, Trojans, or destructive code.
Promotes violence, harassment, defamation, or illegal activities.
Attempts to bypass or interfere with bot mitigation (Cloudflare Turnstile) or rate limits.

4.Passcode & Access Responsibility

Users protect their media vaults with a 4-digit numeric PIN. Because Locky maintains zero database records and stores only cryptographic scrypt hashes of passcodes, lost or forgotten PINs cannot be recovered by our operators. You are solely responsible for securely transmitting the passcode to your intended recipients.

5.Takedown Policy & Abuse Reporting

Every media viewer page includes an immediate "Report Abuse" button. If you believe any content hosted on Locky violates your copyright, privacy, or safety rights, you can click Report Abuse or contact our abuse desk at abuse@evencheng.com. Reported media is purged immediately upon verification.

6.Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Locky or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
